Contributions

As a Contract Coach, you will be pivotal in delivering Strongarm’s industry-leading safety seminars. You will teach frontline workers practical skills for safe movement through engaging, high-energy presentations, helping them reduce injuries and build positive safety habits. Your role combines expertise in human movement, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to captivate and inspire diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate interactive, in-person safety seminars nationwide and abroad, delivering Strongarm’s signature methodologies.
• Lead hands-on demonstrations, peer coaching exercises, and real-world applications tailored to client-specific environments.
• Engage participants with dynamic, high-energy delivery, commanding attention in diverse settings and ensuring material resonates.
• Serve as a coach, motivator, and consultant, guiding champions to advocate for safe workplace practices.
• Adapt training to audience needs, maintaining flexibility and professionalism while addressing questions or concerns.
• Coordinate seminar logistics, including equipment setup, client communication, and post-session reporting.
• Foster a positive safety culture that promotes teamwork, accountability, and growth.

Experience

• 3+ years in coaching, training, public speaking, or group instruction.
• A background in fitness instruction, safety training, ergonomics, or related fields is preferred.
• Experience in improv, acting, or high-energy performance roles is a strong plus.

Skills

• Exceptional public speaking and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to captivate and motivate large groups; high-energy, engaging delivery akin to a group fitness or HIIT instructor.
• Strong organizational skills to manage logistics and adapt training content.

• Willingness to travel extensively across the U.S. and abroad.
• Passion for promoting safety and improving the well-being of everyday people.
